A Mackey House wedding
Savannah, GA
Catherine and Jamon are one of those couples you just can’t help but like. You’ll be hooked as soon as you hear Catherine’s sister giving some of the background about Jamon’s proposal. Her story really gives context to a couple things that are seen later in the video. Catherine decided to walk down the aisle by herself with a locket around her bouquet holding a picture of her late father. Such a beautiful tribute!
Jamon and Catherine got married at the Mackey House just outside of Savannah. The grounds at the Mackey House wedding venue are gorgeous to begin with, but the antique doors that Catherine and Jamon added to the ceremony area not only gave that space a formality, but also a very inviting feel. In true southern style, guests could pour themselves a glass of sweet tea before they sat down.
One last thing about the Kesslers: they love music. Our process of picking the music for our videos varies somewhat from couple to couple. We knew that these guys were going to play a bigger role in selecting the right song than a lot of couples. We couldn’t be happier with the song they chose. It’s a little more upbeat than our normal fare, but it fits the couple and their day perfectly.
We had such a terrific time shooting this wedding. We hope you enjoy the film!
